It's with heartfelt pride and a sense of accomplishment that I welcome you to this new website for the Body Building Association of Kerala State affiliated entity of Indian Body Builders Federation. Via this impactful medium, I look forward to being in touch with you on all important developments in the dynamic world of Body Building and Physique Sports. I am confident that this website will add significant value to all key stakeholders - from other state associations to individual body builders, trainers, our amazing sponsors and all others.
Bodybuilding and Physique Sports have a chequered history in India. With people realizing the critical importance of health and fitness, we only see a glorious future for the sport. We are keen to see Indian bodybuilding reach taller heights and achieve bigger successes on the global stage. Our athletes have strongly expressed their talent in the recent global events and we would like to play our part in winning more laurels for the country.
It must be noted that the state of Kerala has been a key contributor to India’s laurels in the bodybuilding and Physique Sports arena. The state has consistently produced athletes who’ve distinguished themselves at the national and international competitions. What better embodiment for the Kerala state unit than the Arjuna Awardee – Mr. T V Pauly! He is part of the state unit and is also a member of the IBBF. True to our ethos, he has always been keen on the development and showcasing of the bodybuilding sport in Kerala. We want to develop more such champion sportsmen!
